Texan Thread Tees
After Michelle’s family graciously hosted Elsa’s family for a year in their home while Elsa’s house was being built, the two found each other exchanging clothes and borrowing from each others’ closets. Out of this came the idea for Texan Thread Tees and a desire to share their love of cozy, comfy tees with others!
Elsa
Elsa lives north of Houston with her husband and two little ones. After being a teacher, AP, and daycare director, she decided to stay home with her children where she homeschools her 1st grader. When she’s not teaching, planning, cooking, cleaning, reading, writing, or singing she’s working on Texan Thread Tees with her sister-in-law Michelle.
Michelle
Michelle has lived in the Conroe area for 6 years with her husband and 3 kids. For 6 years she worked as her Pastor’s admin, but after getting the surprise of her life with her 3rd child, she decided in 2024 that it was time to stay home and spend more time with her kids. When she’s not chauffeuring her 17 and 12 year old to and from their sports games, serving at church, drinking coffee, baking, cleaning, cooking, and running after her 1 year old, she’s designing shirts for Texan Thread Tees with her sister-in-law Elsa.
